View Full Version : How do you get Torpedo Reloads from the decks

Hi
Just wondering how you get all you External Reloads from the deck?
I could only get the rear tube to reload and the other reload would'nt budge.

You need to press "I" and it will bring up a loadout screen. If there is external stores for that sub you can do an external transfer. I think if you cancel and have to dive in middle of being attacked by an enemy you can loose the torpedo all together but dont quote me on that.

You do an external transfer by:
A. Being surfaced
B. Having enough crew in the torp room you're transferring to
C. Hitting 'I'
D. Click and drag the desired torp from the external dock into the tube/reserve slot you want it in.
It takes about 40 minutes game-time for the crew to do this

Also, to see how long it's going to take or how much longer is left, the torpedo will start coloring in from left to right.
Also, if you hold the mouse over the external torp, a tooltip will come up giving it's status.
This is useful to see if you have enough crew in the torp compartment to do it.

Oh so thats how you use those. Been trying to work that out for an age. See the manual is useless.

Has'nt the weather got something to do with it to?
The calmness of th water etc.
