CD-KEY problems...

Hi there!

Well, I bought the new Splinter Cell game read the other posts, and still my problem is not solved...

Here's my problem: I bought the game but didn't receive a SP CD-KEY. There's nothing inside my manual, and on my case there's only a MP CD-KEY, it's written ONLINE, and it begins with SC3. But the SP KEY... I didn't find it. I also tried the keys on UBI support, but they don't work: after 5 minutes the protection says the key is invalid...

Anyway, can someone help me??

what the hell??
the installation key is ON THE DISC
a nice thick white bar across the bottom, with your key and "install key code" written underneath it... eject the drive, put in the key written on the disc, re-insert the disc, and click "ok" or "next"

Umm, Razor, the only things that are on my DVD are: The SCCT Title, Ubisoft logo, Dolby Logo,DVD-Rom logo and the SCCT site. All in a green DVD with Sam showing his back. At least this is the Brazilian version... On my manual, the first page is the epilepsia warning. On the last one is an ad telling you to join the SCCT community.

Anyway I tried the 2 batches, and the protection system window said: "ERROR - The disk key you entered does not correspond to the disc in drive. Make sure you use the correct disk key." for both keys......

Heh, I just found out that my game is the european version... Maybe that's why the batches aren't working...

If someone who has European install key could post his second and last series of code...?

HEH! Yes, there's 2 CD-KEYS, but WHO would imagine they were ON TOP OF EACH OTHER!! I had to use a magnifing glass and a mirror to read the other CD-KEY!!!!

thanks for your help anyway, but ubisoft should take care next time! I almost returned the game!

mine's printed directly on the disc!
and mine's also a european copy...

Yeah, but here EA does the distribuition... I wonder why this problem happened... http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif Even though the Ubisoft logo is on the box, the EULA is EA's!
