Hi Chris,
We are aware of some issues with the co-op mode on chaos theory and are
currently collating information regarding them. i will forward your mail onto
the dev teams. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention

Are the developers aware of the MANY problems associated with coop, and are they
working on another patch to fix these issues? This is not an individual problem,
it is something that about 90% of the customers are experiencing. Few people
have managed to play working coop games. For evidence of this, just take a look
at the SCCT forums.
Whether it's that they get disconnected, they can't join games, they get major
lag, their typed messages don't show up either in game or in the lobby if it's a
passworded server, their microphones don't work even though they work perfecly
on the Versus mode, or whatever else, a lot of people just cannot play coop, and
are very disappointed.
While SCCT is an incredible game - one of the best out there - these issues need
to be fixed if Ubisoft want their fanbase to hold strong. While I, personally,
will still love Ubisoft whether the coop works for me or not, a huge number of
people feel very differently.
Everybody has opened all the necessary ports, and singleplayer and versus work
excellent for them - but coop just won't work.
PLEASE! I'm begging you! Alert the devs, and get them working on a patch, if
they aren't already. One more patch will make thousands of people extremely
happy.
Thankyou

YAY! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif They've acknowledged the problems... sorry if this has already been posted, I've been too busy playing Chaos Theory, and I've gotta go to bed soon so I can't go through every post on the forums...
So, we should be seeing another patch soon. Thankyou Ubisoft!

It's like making websites.

If everyone in the world had MSIE (god forbid), it's like you're programming for a console. No chance there's a difference between 1 person's config and another.

But this is PC. And there are over 2000 different web browsers out there, all interpreting your website in a different way. So you gotta patch n hack it til it works.
