Is there any way I can make chessmaster use the FIDE Elo rating system instead of the USCF?
And if not, is there any good way of converting a USCF rating into the standard one?

And third - a question you might be able to answer since you are players, not developers: Why on earth are they using this american-only rating system in Chessmaster?

EDIT:
Also, instead of making another thread:
Do you guys have any advice on how I should handicap the computer's time? I know that chess engines get more powerful the more time they have, and that one way to make it more balanced (realistic) is by handicapping their amount of time. But by how much?

At one time, the USCF was a big sponsor of Chessmaster; hence the use of USCF ratings. I'm guessing it wasn't updated in the last few versions due to issues with backwards-compatibility.
