ive got the same prob, it worked fine for a few weeks but then i played Rainbow Six 3 for a while and far cry didnt load anymore. i got patch 1.3.
I looked at the log.txt file and it simply stops. first i thought error=8 was the problem but that show up in any log file i can find on the net.
