how do i link my gamertag to uplay?

I have been looking all over the place to find out how to link up my xbox stats with the yourshapefitness.com site. Im havinh a heck of a time. Some say its in the "news" section of the main menu in the game. I signed up for "uplay" on the ubi site, but your shape isnt listed as a game to add. Im confused because there is no option to sign up at the main menu. And when i go to the site and click on the "track my stats" are it takes me to an error that says "page unavailable or not found.

EDIT: Ok, i got the linked thing to work...kind of. I signed up for the uplay service on my xbox. Im still having the issue of not being able to track my stats on the website. What gives?

The game says to go to exclusive access section to link game to gamer tag, but I don't see this on the yourshape dashboard? Can someone help me? Where it says that it cannot find my friends, and then I click the go to continue and nothing happens.
