Great news mac users! I have successfully run Uru on my Macbook. Using that program Bootcamp, availble for download at the apple site and coming with the next OS release in a month or so, I installed Windows on the laptop.

But you must install both Uru and tPotS. The graphics won't work with Uru Prime, but once you install tPotS it functions perfectly. I assume that Uru CC, as well.

My situation, I installed Windows with Service Pack 1 (which isn't recommended by Bootcamp), so I don't have any sound on the system at all. Hopefully it'll be recommended soon. I'll repost once I know if it works.

Bottom Line:
Good News: You can play Uru on a Mac with Bootcamp.

Bad News: You have to install Windows to do so

Scratch that.

When I first installed it, it ran fine. But now with SP2, it seems that the processor is having problems with the textures on the surfaces. Everything but that seems to work.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try the video setting changes under Video Settings in Uru: Changing Game and System Settings With Win XP (http://forums.ubi.com/groupee/forums/a/tpc/f/524109302/m/182100665).
