My soldiers dont look that they should look

My heroes, soldiers and tax collectors dont look Humans. If i am blue team they are blue but tey dont look like humans How can i fix this problem??? Second problem is that i dont see Trees!! Only treir shaves. And mountains are just White!

That's a graphics card problem, either it isn't fully Dx9 capable, like some of the Intel integrated chips, or you're using an unsuitable graphics driver.
