How do I stop this annoying problem ???

If I forget to take my DVD out of (either) drive when I'm finished. The next time I start the pc, if a DVD has been left in it's drive it will start to run during boot up and cause my machine to crash and the only way to boot into windows is to remove the disk. This did'nt use to be a problem, but now it is and it's damned annoying.

Anybody know how to cure this one ? I'm sure there must be some simple fix.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

You can try changing the boot order in the BIOS.

If currently set to removable drive/CD first then change it to HD first (check to see what boot order is and second or third will be your HD).

Downside to this is you will have to remember to change this if you need to boot of CD in future..http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif<div class="ev_tpc_signature">
