installation problem

when I insert the first disk to install, and the window pops up, and i click install i get an installshield error -6001..

what do i do?

I had this same problem when I downloaded mine through Direct-to-Drive...

What you have to do is open windows explorer and browse to:

C:\ProgramFiles\Commonfiles\Installshield\Professi onal\RunTime\

In there is the cache of either the demo or previous install. There should be a folder called "0701". Delete it...!

Then your install should work.

if for some reason that file isn't in there just delete all of them, but not from your recycle bin..!!! then keep the window open and see which one is created when you start the install. Then retsore the ones that isn't it..
