B17 Buffs Mapping ?

Hey chaps the B17s nearly finished, just this piece to do, anyone have any ideas where this Ring at the bottom of Upper turret is on the void?

I really don't understand the reasoning behind the mirroring on this (and other) void(s). The alierons, rudder and stabilizer fillet ("wing root on the tail") are all mirrored even though those areas are present on the void. The only mirror I can understand the reasoning is the bottom of the stabilizer, since there's not room for another one elsewhere...

Well, as a novice using Panel Finder in PS7, I'm 24-minutes slower. But after an hour or so, I traced it to a smaller section (red) of the area Jester notes (and confirmed this area per one of CanonUK's skins). No need to paint the whole area I guess... My apologies in advance if I interfere.
