To answer your question, last I checked (before Conviction came out) yes, some people were/are still online, you just have to check at the right time (mainly weekends around 9 GMT) if anyone is up.
Btw I just reinstalled Double Agent and Chaos Theory, so if you wanna play (with DA in your case) or anyone else reading these lines just add me on X-fire and we could play.
