my anolog controller do not work on PC

I downloaded the game "Prince of Persia: The Two Throne" from online store. I can only play the game using the keyboard pad. when i plug in the anolog controller the game does not start at all. what can i do? Please help! Thanx

try downloading a new driver for the controller, if it doesnt work, then you may be having some problems with the game

call Ubisoft and your controller's manufacturer

Open a command prompt window.
Type DXDIAG and press <Enter> to run Direct-X Diagnostics.
Display all results. Select all. EDIT+COPY all results.
In your next forum message, EDIT+PASTE those results so that someone who knows how to decipher those results can assist you.
