The saves are kept, I believe, in the following folder on my system:
C:\Program Files (x86)\UbiSoft\UbiSoft Game Launcher\Storage\ZG9jdG9yX2hhZGVz\4
Bear in mind I'm using a 64-bit operating so if you're using 32-bit then it's not Program Files (x86) but just Program Files.

And also notice that folder after storage will have other name also based on random numbers and letters. Its just auto-generated for each installation.
P.S. Hades, why would a gamer install 64 bit OS and actually run games on WOW64 (Not to be confused with World of Warcraft). emulator? Indeed your OS maps more than 3GB RAM, but overall your game performance should be slower as its being emulated by WOW64.

I'm not sure what it is you're asking fl4nger23. Windows 7 x64 supports 32-bit and 64-bit natively and uses two sets of system files depending on which type the program or games uses. My PC is relatively high-spec so if I'm losing performance in games by running a 64-bit operating system then I've certainly not noticed it.
The benefits of x64 are that my system can have access to all 6 GB of my RAM and 1 GB of video memory which means there's lot of free RAM and almost no page file swappage.
