Decisions... what should I upgrade?

Have a p4 3.06 w/ 2g ram and a ti4600. My current joystick is an ms sidewider ff 2.

I can upgrade to a:

saitek x45 or an ati 9600.

Which do you think will be the better bang for the buck? Just not sure if the video card will be an improvement...

i wouldn't bother upgrading ... but if your Looking to go to a HOTAS config for your Joystick .. either the Saitek X45 or the Thrustmaster Cougar would be the call ...
