R6V1 ended as a cliffhanger. Where the hell is my sequel? R6V2 sucked monkey balls and a sequel doesn't have to take place in the same city...

Uh mate.. Vegas 2 was the sequel. You mustn't have paid any attention whatsoever to the first game to be saying number two "sucked monkey balls".
Gabriel betrayed Keller and his team mates in the first one. On the second one, you learn about the events that led up to the cliffhanger of the first one, right down to the finale at the Villa where you face off against Gabe, completing the game wraps up the storyline started in Vegas 1.
So you're asking for a sequel, that was already made.
