Help: User profile erased out of no reason!!!!

I?played the game yesterday, and everything was normal when I quitted. When I signed in with my user name as usual today, Yourshape took me as a brand new person: going over the introduction screens again, asking me my age/weight etc. ALL MY PROGRESS WAS GONE! Calories count is now zero. All unlocked stages are locked again.
It is very disappointing to know that your progress of more than a month is erased. I am outraged.
My online dashboard still has the right history. And all my xbox achievements are there too.
Can somebody explain to me how this happened? And is there a way to get my history back?

Other people have had this same problem. There is no way to get your info back.

When you take the fitness test again make sure you complete it and launch into one of the suggested workouts after. Sometimes you have to do that at the end to trigger the auto save.
