Sand Portal Glitch

Is ubisoft not rectifying this glitch because as far as i can tell its simple. They have made a game that a lot of people cant finish. Do you mean the bug where you cant go through the portal after you push the empress into the present ? if that's the case then avoid saving before you go through a portal and only save after you go through the portal. You could contact Ubisoft Technical Support ... it should be noted at the end of the Manual. by the way this post will be removed. You should have posted this in the hints/tips forum where you might get better help
