im gonna post this because i figured this out on my own it doesnt quit tell you on the pb forum. on my desktop i held ctrl then opened up ravenshield and it asked me if i wanted to open the application under the current user and i checked that and it was fixed i had problems with this for months by the way and this simnple step fixed it
