Forum System Error

Hey all,

So I've been out of town for a few weeks and finally got a chance to check the site. Only problem is I can't access the forums at all on my primary account. I can log into my account on say, the rainbowsixgame.com website, but as soon as I hit the forums I get a white screen that simply says "system error." I had this problem the day before I left about two weeks ago and didn't think much of it as the time. Two weeks later, a different computer and a different country, and I still can't get on.

I'm writing this from an account I created for the sole purpose of finding out what's up. Any information from other forum members or mods would be helpful. The account I cannot access is linked to my gamertag, if that is relevant at all? (It's relevant to me at least!)

Anyway, hope someone can help. Thanks guys.

If you had made a profile update which included entries in the "Country" or "Location" fields, this can cause the forum log in to fail.
A mod or forum manager can delete the offending entry and allow your account to work again, but we will need to know your original account name in order to do this.

Try your original account, it should work now, I've deleted the entries for "Country" and "location", don't put anything in the "Country" field, it's mainly entries there that cause the error, you might be able to use the "location" field, as that is less likely to give problems, but if it does, just send me a PM and I'll fix it.
