help on co-op sewer level plz

I'd like to know how to complete the sewer level in co-op mode. Me and my partner start off in this sewer tunnel/pipe and we both roll under these green lines that trigger an alarm if u touch them. After we roll under it successfully, we jump down in a hole and we do a co-op move where one partner hoists the other up to the other side. (The other partner can't do anything????) Then the partner that got hoisted up goes up this ladder and, at the top, kills about 4 dudes. Oh... there is a big ship here aswell. There is a locked door that u can do NOTHING to and, further on, are some wall mines that u can shoot to destroy. At the end there is, like, a speedboat. When u get into it, writing appears that says "Extraction Zone". What the...???? You can't do anything now??? What do u do? Plz help out! Cheers!
