Missing Radio Operator commands?

Can someone please tell me more about the "Orders" and "Escort to Base" commands for the radio operator?

These two commands are shown in the manual on pg 34 but don't appear in the sim. Does this mean they were deleted in the production release?

I addressed this sometime ago, but as the search function is broken, I forgive you.

All we know is the devs may release them later, but now, they are indeed missing.
