Actually, I was not trying to be funny beyond a minor jest to blunt the impact of what I said. Apparently I went too far and you simply missed the point.
It was a comment to point out not only the pointlessness of this, but the passive racism behind it. Or maybe it's just passive idiocy. We may never know.
And to be completely, brutally honest, it didn't strike me for one second as a joke, but as a typical, young, geeky gamer drooling over an attractive asian woman and praying that the only confirmed female on the forums might be one and the same, and might *gasp* speak to him.
And to be extra special, super honest... I really don't care if you find my humour amusing. Someone did, and that's enough for me.
