i have seen dane cook 4 times in show. In two of his shows he USED THE SAME ****ING MATERIAL! They were three months apart.
1. a major comedy festival (Just for Laughs)

Well thats how comedy is, some comedians dont ever write new material, Steven Wright for example (who i think is a genius btw) took 15 years to write a new act... and your complaining that Dane Cook used the same material for three months. He has had three separate tours i think in the past few yeas since he has become successful, each tour sported new material. Not to mention if you ever watched tourgasm, he had a bunch of stuff in there that wasn't from either of his acts released on CD. Granted most was, but im sure the new tour has an all new act.
