Problem in carreer

Hi all! I play sh4 from a week and i caught the most of the game...but i have some questions about crew management. I had a sailor injured, he quickly worsened and his health went 0...i removed him from the crew while i ended patrol but now my crew misses one man. Can i recruit other sailors or not? and is there any "medical" solution for injuries? Thanks

Hello Duca90,
When your in the Office go to the where you see your crew. The spot where you removed the crew member. You will see to the far left other crew members. You can click on anyone of them and read about who they are and if you are allowed, you can click and drag that crew member over to the empty slot left by the crew member you removed.
You can even remove healthy crew members and put in new ones.
I have had a crew person or two get injured and by the time I got back to port they were back to 100% health. Your crew guy must of been hurt pretty bad.

I have found that if you click on the injured person then drag them to a row where other crew members are resting/sleeping, generally they will regain their health much quicker. You may have to change their position around within the sleeping crews (changing of the watch), you may have to do this as well to force them to sleep. This may take some time though.
