View Full Version : Stack 'em Up tips

To take a detour from my usual analysis of Zen squats and such, I figured I'd ask if anyone has some good tips for Stack 'em Up. I just can't seem to get past 260-ish, but I'd like to get to at least 500 for the achievement.
Is it easier to get higher numbers on easy or on the harder levels? Do we have to manage to stack up so many that we only dump them in the bin once without missing anything?

I found it easiest to get the 500 at the easy level. As the blocks stack up they change color, each color change means more points, the red ones are worth the most points. So, if you can get them high without losing too many then dump as many as you can in at once. When you have a lot to dump try to be as gentle as possible when you dump them so they go into the pit and don't bounce off the side and over the edge. I didn't really enjoy that game but once I sorted it out I got my 500 pretty quickly.

Oh nice! Had no idea about the color changes. I've bounced a lot of them off of the edges so far. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
Definitely not my favorite game either, and doesn't really burn off many calories, but I'll at least get the 500 (I hope!)

Woo hoo! Just got over 500! I found that holding the board as low as it would go and letting the blocks pile on as fast as they could helped too, since the red ones would end up coming faster.
