AC Brotherhood Error

AC Brotherhood will not let me enter any games online or even the training session. When I try it says an internal error has occurred. Does anyone else have a similar problem or know how to fix it?

yep my nephew has the same problem ,its something to do with the disk its self, as i took my game to his house an mine played no prob on his xbox ?
