EXCLUSIVE CONTENT FROM PLAY.COM MISSING???

ok,i bought it, i've put the unique codes, i've been thanked for using the ps networ or something like that and nothing happened...for Vlad's prison is later in the game,so i will have to wait to see if it worked, but the extra multiplayers i cant find them...r they in a speciic mode?i have to do something more to unlock them???any help is very welcome..!thanx in advance..!

ok, i did a simple question...i payed for a collector's edition and obviously its not! i'm a bit upset and he tells me to contact to play.com.i'me learning that others who have the same problem and contacted play.com werent helped...now is there anyone who knows if i can do something, anything to fix the problen here???
