After maybe 4 months of not playing, I've lost my touch at this game. I'm looking for a group of veteran R6 players to help me get back into the groove. I'm not looking for just anyone who's gotten elite, that's not hard. I'm looking for seriously skilled players. Here are some tips for helping you decide if you should leave your tag:

1. If you have more than 2 notches of armor, you probably shouldn't post your tag.

2. If your average accuracy is in the single-digits, you shouldn't post your tag.

3. If you get headshots every 1/3 kills or less, well you know. Don't bother posting your tag.

4. If at any point in your time on Rainbow Six you've glitched your rank, I hate you and I don't want your tag.

5. If you regularly use the sniper glitch, the corner glitch, or if you're simply just a camper, don't post your tag.

5.If you don't know every single map in the game by heart, don't post your tag.

6. If you use the XM-26-LSS, don't post your tag.

7. If you regularly use walls for cover (The 'L' button), you probably aren't what I'm looking for.

if by corner glitch you ,ean a shoulder on the wall, that is not a glitch and is a realistic military tactice thank you. Shoulder an inside wall and you can see oncoming enemies as they enter the door in real life too!

By corner glitch he means being able to see around corners when using the cover system. This is not realistic as you cant physically see around corners without sticking your head out!!!

To be honest I kinda think it's wrong that people should only be classed as "pros" if they don't wear armor. Players do have their own tactic, if we all had the same tactic as "pros" then we would all have the same weakness, for example, with low armor, we'd die in 2-3 bullets, whilst a guy with armor sometimes gets lucky and can survive an extra 2 bullets who may have possibly died less.

Also, what do you not like about players taking cover often? This is meant to be a realistic game, unlike call of duty where you run and spam all your bullets into someone. In this game you are supposed to actually take cover often to be stealthy and avoid being detected by your enemies, it's why the cover feature was inputted so that it can be realistic as people in the army in real life do actually keep quite a distance from their enemies and stay in cover.

I'm definitely not the best player by any means or even close to it, but I've always been able to at LEAST hang with anybody. I play with great players all the time and am usually always at or around the top of the team, not that it has anything to do with what I'm saying. I'm not saying wearing no armor makes you a tard(I only wear 2 bars), but the people with the mindset of the OP that only people who wear no armor are good is ridiculous. Yes most of the best players wear little to no armor, but I've seen plenty of decent players who wear medium/heavy. I would never wear a lot of armor, but I'm not gonna hate on those that do.

I agree though, I've seen several great players who wear medium of heavy armor, people wearing no armor who are able to sprint and spray are the same to me doesn't really seem much of a good tactic, It's not something that would happen realistically

Exactly, I've seen my share of all around good players who use more armor.

I knock the game design not the players though, I can't blame people for using the technique because the design pretty much promotes it. As long as you aren't camping there are plenty of ways to play. Communication, being orgainzed and being a good shot are the main factors.

I wouldnt worry about it. The people that give everyone crap about armor run and put ten bars on when theyre getting worked over, especially in competitive matches. It doesnt matter what game it is everyone hates defensive perks. In R6 people hate C4, third person cover, and armor. In CoD everyone hates jug, last stand, final stand, painkiller, ghost. I hate a lot of them myself but I dont tell people theyre horrible for using them. Unfortunately people will rarely get better playing like that. It gets boring for me personally to play these game simply because nobody makes any effort to get better.

SO i guess you guys want to hide behind a wall and come up with ******ed formations! GO PLAY OPERATION FLASHPOINT. Anyway it's gameover when chuck all my grenades at you and you wont get a shot off. then i get to laugh at you complain about grenades.

Anyway this games is dead and im tired of waiting for rainbow six world forces or v3 or newyork.
