Obviously we will have pretty limited resources at first but I guess at first the game will only have a German and RAF campaign for fighters (Spit or Hurricane?) so that will leave room for campaigns for bombers and planes like the Bf-110. I'm assuming that we will generally have the same ability to make and share missions and campaigns as in Il-2 but with the new bells and whistles and so on.

Campaign creators: Do you have any plans yet?

People who want to play campaigns made by other people: What would you like to see made?

I think a Bf-110 campaign could be cool though I guess for it to be realistic it would have to be really really tough, I'll have to see how it handles in the air against Hurricanes I guess.

For the COD period I would like to play a Polish 303 Squadron campaign. They were the top scoring RAF unit.
In a Dunkirk 1940 campaign you could use most BoB aircraft types, including a few French fighters and FAA types. This falls just before the BoB but should be quite a contest.
As for the other theatres I have lots of ideas. It appears that campaigns centred around major battles rather than whole theatres will be the norm as it entails less programming re maps and ground detail. Therefore I would love to see Malta convoys 1941/2, Battle of France around Paris 1940, Alamein 1942, Crimea 1943, Kursk 1943, Sicily 1943, Moscow 1941, Guadalcanal 1942, Okinawa 1945, Singapore 1942, Darwin 1943, etc etc The list is endless.
I only hope my eyesight doesnt deteriorate straining to see 'bogies at x o'clock' over the coming years.

Without question a battle over dunkirk campaign, is a must IMO... 15 (think it was) days defending the retreat of the BEF.

It's perfect for CoD, as all the pieces are already in place... ships, tanks, guns, the correct fighter and bomber planes are all there...

Someone needs to get on that ASAP.

I was just reading about some Blenheim operations in the latest FlyPast magazine. Some good stuff in there for a short to medium sized Blenheim campaign just before Dunkirk and into the period just after.

There isn't a ton of breadth available in a Battle of Britain campaign but there are some options.
