Is it still very laggy for ps3 users online or has it been resolved?

I have played over 30 online matches and I have only encountered lagging in about 5 of them. Its no biggy

mine seems laggy but i have 20mbps connection with a 5mpbs upload.. Any suggestions to why that is?
