KI stopped working on Marker #24

I posted in Tech thread but need some general suggestions assuming we can fix our KI.
At GZ had completed Distance & Elivation and while wandering around looking for next marker we made mistake of putting KI in slot at top of stairs at GZ. This locked up the KI.
1. Any ideas on how to fiz the KI?
2. Assuming we can fix it any ideas on how to find the last 2 markers? Even using spoilers found on the net we are having a tough time. Can't imagine how anyone would have a clue on some of the tings one needs to do to move this game along as we find the expansion almost a different game with little or nothing to provide guidance.

When this happens to me in the cavern, sometimes I take it off my wrist, and slam it on the ground, or throw it into the lake. Then I head to Gahreesen, and get a new one.

Many explorers also ask Yeesha to turn back the clock, to a point before they started their D'ni quest.

The markers can be found. Try looking in places where you wouldn't think, and use numbers. There are many explorer resources* on the surface as well. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
