unreal_az you the tech supporter here? whats ur qualification for this job? have your worked on homm5 in any way? , what i assume ubi would do is put a tech supporter - someone who knows everything in the game inside out and would answer EVERY single question people have even if the answer is :"hmmz strange! first time i see this i don't know how to solve it i'll run it up by our programmers and we will fix it as soon as we can" .

I know my question has been looked by 10 people without reply so the above situation is clearly not the case (so are hundred of questions by other people here) .

So my point is why ubi don't do what i said any comments ubi people? (if anyone is actually here)

unreal_az hasn't been here for weeks. I'll try to answer your questions, though.

That's what you might assume, but it is very far from reality. This is the Community Tech Help forum, so it is not Ubisoft's support. Basically, this means you ask a question and if you're lucky, one of the other forum users knows a solution to your problem. Very often this is not the case, so you won't get an answer. Just keep in mind that people read and write here in their free time and not everybody is a tech guru.

10 people isn't a lot. I guess none of them could answer your questions or your question has been asked often enough for you to find the answer yourself. No idea. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

I think if you want tech support from Ubisoft, you need to contact them directly on the phone or by e-mail. Sorry, can't really help you, but hopefully you'll manage to find some help now.
However, waiting for answers in this forum is most likely not the best idea.

I've tried e-mailing their tech support, but it's inconviently down. If I knew their direct e-mail address that would be nice, but they don't give that out.

Try the link at the bottom of this page that is named "Contact Us". This will lead you to a link for technical support.
I haven't tried it, so I have no idea if it works.
