Game is activated now but it still wont play

i called ubi and they got the game activated (to my surprise) so i click on the .exe and the hourglass shows up and is there for a a couple of seconds then goes away and nothing. (i have a digital download) i uninstalled, ran reg cleaner, reinstalled with no luck

my specs are: Intel Pentium 4 H/T: ATI Radeon HD2600Pro: Sound Max Integrated Digital Audio: 70 gig hdd: 1.25 gigs of ram: Windows xp sp2. Need any other information tell me

help me out here ppl, im getting kinda fustrated with this....any help is appreciated

I don't know if it will work or not , but...did u try deleting the folder of R6Vegas that contains the Profiles, hardware, config etc. ?

check if you got left a folder from the install of Ubisoft in your Documents folder.

If positive pls. delete the folder and run a reg. cleaner.

Reboot

then fresh Install

Reboot

then try run the game and create a new profile.

Hope it works .

yeah i got it working, there was this one folder i didnt delete before becasue i didnt see it anywhere. I just searced the computer for anything rsv then ran reg cleaner cleaned it, rebooted, installed the installed pathes and maps manually.

yea i bought this game for my pc and i dont like anuthing about computers so i tryed to install it and a bunch of stuff popped up and i got the game li9ke menu thing to pop up where u click play but when i hit play it sits for a min then stops it makes me want to pull my hair out plz someon help mewith this problem

Now about ur particular sit. pls. post ur Specs. of your computer , like what kind of processor , operating system, video card, memory ram, sound card you have.

Just left click on START, the right click on MY COMPUTER then clcik on PROPERTIES.

And post it here, pls.

Once we know what kind of O.S. etc. u got .
It will give us an idea, of what are we dealing with and how to solve it " help Ya" , go it?

Anyhow no worries, I'm going to try to help ya as much I can.

1.-REBOOT is the act of restart your computer. (<span class="ev_code_YELLOW">Pressing Start/ window of Turn off computer appears / Click on Restart - got it?</span>)

2.-The folder I told him to delete "<span class="ev_code_YELLOW">In his particular case , that maybe is not yours, it's located in :My documents in Operating System XP and In Operating System Vista in : Documents</span>
