Hi, I've been having a lot of issues with my upload rate in ACR. Sometimes it's not that bad, other times it's so frustrating I want to scream. Originally I had figured my university was capping my upload at a snails pace. Under the online settings in ACR it always says my upload is bad. So after one particiular frustrating night I thought I'd run a speed test to determine my upload cap. http://www.speedtest.net/result/1626801807.png Now obviously my upload rate is not the issue. So I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how I can try and get ACR upload better. I've tried disabling my firewall and I've tried using a different access point. (I'm currently using an ethernet cable but I also tried using a few wireless access points. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Does your university block access to certain ports on the network? Most do and this sounds like the problem you are experiencing. The short answer. You can't fix it if you aren't an administrator of the network

I don't believe they do. I've never had any issues with any other games or applications, and it says my NAT type is open.

I run a network monitor on my secondary display to see how much bandwidth I'm using, and based on watching it as I start up the game: I'm pretty sure Ubi isn't even testing our upload speed, they just tell us all it is bad.
