What should Gearbox and Ubisoft be spending there time on? Well, let's find out by polling this question.

I only buy games for the single player. But that doesn't stop me from playing online. I want to play the single player campaign the most though.

Seeing how I don't have Live yet, I'm buying it for the single player experience. But if I have Live by the time it's released, of course I'll play online too.

BiA has always been about the story, but I would like both to be good.

I think if the Brothers in Arms series wants to make a #1 hit, they'll have to beat out their competitors Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3. The only way to do that I think is by making an amazing Multi-player game. So I'll buy it for the online experience in hopes for a real interesting and fun historical first person shooter.

I don't think BiA is competing with Halo 3 at all and maybe only a little with COD 4. BiA has always brought in a more mature and tactical audience.

Of course they're competing with Halo3(Bungie). They're competing with any studio attracting buyers and Bungie is one of them. Call of Duty 4 reeled in the most cash for the last quarter and Halo 3 was right behind them. If Ubisoft plans on making any money, they're going to have to produce an awesome Multi-Player game because that's where the consumer is, in online multi-player matches. I think Brothers in Arms: Hells Highway has a good chance with the new technology at use and all the time well spent on re-amping the game. They should be attract all those COD4 and Halo3 fans into buying BiA:HH.

Damegoods right, every 1st person shooter developer always compete with other 1st person shooters especially Halo 3 its one of the topand at the moment so is CoD4 which is NOT gonna beat HH, i know this for a fact because ive got it, but dont get me wrong CoD4 is a great game i just think it wont have a chance against HH! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

Oh and im seriously gonna buy this game for Multi-Player as i have a 12 Month Gold Membership http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-tongue.gif
But also because the single player is so realistic with its story.
I can just imagine me playing it in the early morning until 10pm at night. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-surprised.gif

I must admit that I'm not expecting much HH MP players around when I play and I must admit there isn't much point of really buying. But I'm a real die hard fan, MP or not MP, I'm buying in order spiritually supporting gearbox for the next one (bastogne?)

I am not agree with this. Halo 3 is focused to a more mainstream gamers market While BIA NOT. Because both are FPS games really don't mean that

If like saying POP T2T will compete with the Crash games just coz both have plataformer elements

Well, what I mean when I say these types of games are competing with each other, is that both COD4 and Halo3 are top sellers. COD4 is number one in fact. Both of these games have a big fan fair that will not necessarily go out and buy a game if they don't think it's better than the ones they already own. BIA:HH will compete against these games to be better or the best to earn more profit. I think HH will be awesome, mostly because if it's not, this games release delay will cost Ubisoft and Gearbox big bucks. I don't think they would of delayed this long, and even longer now, unless they knew this game could potentially be #1 on the market.

Yeah my brother the other day came to me and showed me the newspaper(UK)and i couldnt believe my eyes it said that HH has made so much money already from preorders and saying that this game might be the best of 2008!
So i definatley think this game is gonna be great and i know that for sure just like damegood said they have spent so much time on it and they still are spending time on HH so its all for a reason, i dont think any developer has taken this much time to make a game?
Hopefully this games awesome which i think is already http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

I'm not interested in playing single player so CO-OP Campaign is a must for me.

Man the Multiplayer was rubbish, when the game was released people only lasted online for about 2-3 months, but i have a feeling that Hells Highway will be a Major online game as there is already been said in a interview with a dev that there will be up to 32 players of real people actually playing Not AI.
And i mean 32, dude thats alot ,CoD4 only has something like up to 12.

Actually COD4 had a maximum for 18 players if you played Ground War. I think that there is a max of 32 on the PC but I could be wrong. I guess that is not the point, how many players COD4 has.

not being mean or anything, but ps3 has free internet, no payment per year like 360. 360s great, but i have the ps3 and love it. great system, and i encourage more to by it.
only thing is, u cant play some of the games the 360 has... http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

I have a PS3 and an Xbox 360 but I like Xbox better. Sure you have to pay for online but $4 a month isn't that bad($50/one year). And that is because I, along with many others, feel that the Xbox live experience is a lot more fun. PS3 is good though, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune! YAY!
