I€m a little bit proud€¦
http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gifBecause, after a lot of struggle, I managed to make my own homepage.
Made with a lot of joy, by the way.
It has become a simple website where you can find two movies that I made recently.
Most of my movies are ingame footage of IL2 FB/PF & Lock On.
When I get a little bit of positive response I will try put on more movies that are ready on my h.d. and which can replace the ones that are now ready for view.
€ F15 & Mig 29 Airshow training (Numerous inverted low level flight crashes not displayed by the way)
€ It€s a kind of Magic. (Which stand for the transition from Spitfire of WOII to the F15 or the Mig 29 at the end of the century)

Hope you like it ! Wine€69 from Holland. http://home.quicknet.nl/qn/prive/wfahttp://hom...0afb%20004.jpg (http://home.quicknet.nl/qn/prive/wfahttp://home.quicknet.nl/qn/prive/wfa/wine%2769%20f16%20afb%20004.jpg )

Link seems wrong. Couldn't get it to load, and then I got a domain service offering me websites in Dutch, or something (not too good on Dutch, so am not sure)

EDIT: Figured it out. The correct url is: http://home.quicknet.nl/qn/prive/wfa/index.html

No probs. Well, for your first films, they're not bad. No real stutters, no hand mouse panning, no icons, etc, however you should have removed the speedbar in the IL-2 shots, and the flight info at the bottom of the screen from the LOMAC shots.

Also, it was quite a small compression in both movies, which is good in terms of file size, but makes things a little too unclear. Especially in the LOMAC shots, it's very hard to pick out the aircraft and the details because the resolution is so low. I would say maybe doubling the resolution would make the movies, especially the parts with LOMAC, that bit more watchable.

Also, in the IL-2/LOMAC movie, there was no story, and I had no idea why you spliced in the two games in the one movie. If you'd presented a connection somewhere to give some point to it, it would have been fine, but you didn't.

But anyway, I'm guessing these two movies were more or less experiments in editing, and compression, and even just creating a movie? If so, I'd say you've succeeded, and you seem to be on the right track! Looking forward to seeing more!

I needed to compress so much due to space on this website which is 25 Mb.
maybe it's better to display one at the time so i don't have to compress so much ?

Well, you can upload your movies for free to the Netwings site, so you can increase the resolution and have them displayed there.
