it says to put out fire at jacksons door to rescue...the bucket of water is meant to be beside the well...well all four buckets are empty and hence i can't progress further in the game...
anyone else got this problem or have a solution to it ?

See if it will still allow you to pick the bucket up, maybe there is a graphical corruption causing the game not to display the water. If not then you will most likely need to just restart the chapter.
