Will a Standalone dedicated server program be released for Console R6 Vegas 2 ?
The program ran on Windows or Linux
on a standard computer .
This will allow hosting of dedicated
servers without the need of buying
overpriced consoles .
Also it would make hosting games
at lan parties a LOT easier
and Australian ISPs would be able
to host servers along with the
large amount of PC dedicated
standalone servers for PC games
Ive seen a lot of people complain
about large ping times with Xbox360
FPS games of late since they join
servers in other countrys
since hardly anyone in Australia
has the spare download quota
or upsteam to support hosting
games off a home connection.
