Im a diehard fan of heroes and before i purchase I would like to know if it would run on my pc.

1gb ram
radeon 7000
sp2
dx9b

if not, what one thing thats cheap should i change in order to play it smoothly....

I know my pc sucks but i cant really afford to make insane upgrades.

Your video card is under specs.
The rest are ok so i'd recomend a video card upgrade. A Radeon 9500 or a Fx 5500 at least to be able to play the game.
