Sorry to abuse the forums, but I need to know who this is!! The t-shirt is photoshopped in. But the best googling can't get me the identity of this here ferret-meerkat-weasel thing.
Anyone recognize it?

P.S. I'm pretty sure its original form is animated. (TV, movie, animated web cartoon...)

It reminds me of Tex Avery - probably stuff influenced by his work. Yeah, that's really helpful...
