PC version is falling apart

Hi im a new guy here.First to say hello to all..
Other thing is that PC version is being totally bugged..through all missins and driving game have graphic glitches..and cars falling through the floor...
I dunno its rendering or just whatever it is but its bugging during whole game.Graphic have slow show-spawn time..

My PC: AMD Althon DC 4400+ 3gb of ddr2 ram ati 3850 on 512gddr3

I am also having the same world issues.

Only played the game a few days since I bought it and I have repeatible fallen throught the world on every mission. UBI has managed to release a Glitchy nightmare of a game..
