Yes, as the topic states, i have issues with the versus mode. COOP and SP work fine. What the game does, is i play for about 45seconds into a game, which i am able to join, and host, and then my computer crashes. By that i mean i have to restart my computer using the reset button. Here are my computer specs:
Intel P4 3.0ghz HT
1gb dual channel 400mhz ram
Ati Radeon 9700pro 128mb (with latest drivers)
ASUS P4P800-deluxe
450W psu
Creative soundblaster Audigy 2 NX (USB)
(hdds and drives not stated)
My computer bios/firmware/drivers are all up to date, so is my windows and my game is patched.
It is the first time this has happened into any games i have played over the years. I have changed my settings, tried different configs, but nothing seems to cut it. It just freezes after 45-60s into any versus mode game.(even training) Anybody had a similar problem? Does anyone have a clue on how to fix it?
On a side note, i give major props to ubisoft montreal for single player and coop, which blew me away.
