You ladies considered opening a Frag Doll chatroom on Stickam? Invite the overseas FD's to help moderate? Would do a lot to bridge the timezone problem. You can even broadcast your playing. (In fact, if the connections were good enough and each person had a PC with webcam, you could show off games, with each person's playing in a small window.)

I've really been enjoying the website.

It's a chat site that allows any combination of video, voice and text chat by all users (video & voice by up to 10 at a time, I think).

You can also post still images and pre-recorded video in your window.

Not sure, but I think it is possible to record a video conversation, too.
