Wineyard

I'm quite new to this game, but have played it a little. I have built a wineyard as the romans before and made it work, but for one reason or another i can't make it work now.

I don't recall you need any tools for the production of wine, but what could it be? My small tempel has got 8 wine deliveries until now, but i figure that was the startup-ressources.

You need first of all to grow your grapes and these only grow on the sunny side of a slope. If you cant build the winery on a slope then move the working area to the slope instead. The grapes will then be taken to the small temple as an offering to the gods who will change it to mana.

Ok then, everything seems to work now.. Thx a lot.. It was the slope thing that i didn't know about.. What about the Mayas, Vikings and the Dark Tribe - are there some specification about their "mana-productions" that are mentionable..?

The mayans need an agave farm and the agaves will only grow in the dessert. Vikings need to have the hut placed near flowers to make nead, Trojans grow their sunflowers in nice flat fields. Although my dictionary doesn't wanna tell me what nead and agave is (english isn't my mother language, but it will hopefully become my mother tongue ÃÂ*n like 3 years or so http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif).. But anyway, i now know how to build their buildings..

Mead is a type of beer vikings made. agave is what you use to make tequila. A type of cactus i think.

where you from then if your son of vikings :-) The real word for mead is mjöd.

That would be Denmark, and yes, i know the word "mjöd".. Don't know if we would call it "Mjød" in danish, since we don't have "ö", but that might be it.. It's only in Sweden they say mjöd, while in Norway it would probably be mjød as they have ø too.. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

It seems to be most germans as all sites for this game are in german - almost all of them. But well, AFAIK it is a german game.
