Is there a limit to the quantity of pictures we can use on this site through Photobucket ?

If the total Mb of all my pictures goes above 250 MBs what will happen ?

You shouldn't ever hit that limit.

You'll have an absolute limit on photobucket itself to the amount of space allocated to your actual images. You have a per-image limit on anything you cause to display directly and no limit at all if you're just creating a link.
