You run Vegas 2 (the worst unoptimized console port) on top of Vista (the worst resource hug unoptimized OS) and you wonder how everything runs slow?

And if that wasn't enough, you believe the requirements written on the covers?

Anyway, you'd be better to list your system specs if you want any precise answer from community members.
