Need help w/ Mission

I am on the mission where I must destroy the antenna on the roof top. I have made it through the mine field and made my way to the back where the two dumpsters are. I have tried and tried and can't seem to jump high enough to reach the ledge. Is there a trick or another way to get out? I have seriously tried to jump for the ledge for about 20 minutes. Any help would be appreciated.

Jump onto the first dumpster you see as you enter this little room. That little ledge is your exit. So run and jumpat the wall, where the ledge is. Of course its not high enough. So, when you hit the wall, press "Y", or your jump button if not on xbox, to perform a wall jump. This should get you up and in the crawlspace.
