Problem whith the key on a new pc
hello, i've changed my computer, and the new installation of Heroes VI send me an error message 'Code used'
how could i use my official key on this new computer ?

The "official" key is tied to your Uplay account, not to a specific installation of the Game on a particular machine.
The Ubisoft license gives you the right to install the Game on as many computers as you want.
Once the Game has been activated online after the very first installation, it is not required to activate it again : the key is of no more use.
This fact is important because some people, after re-installing the Game, tried to activate it again and were told that the key was already in use.
Of course it was : they had already used it to activate the Game the very first time !
When you re-install (or install on multiple computers) the key is of no use anymore because you already have activated the game/key in association with your Uplay account.
All you have to do, after a re-installation, is log-in your Uplay account and click Play.
Do not try to enter your key a 2nd time : if you do, an error message will appear.

but the problem is : when i try to connect, the program ask me every time to link the key with my account and give me all time the error message. if i click on cancel button i can't connect
so ???

I do not quite perceive how you are proceeding when you are trying to connect.
In theory, you should log to your Uplay account -- the very same you first activated the key with -- and the Uplay server should then detect (in its data banks) that the username already has a registered key.
In reality, if that does not work for you, only Ubisoft Support has the legal & technical power to fix game-key issues. You can contact Support here :

I have the same problem.
I have changed my computer and the game ask the CD key to start. I log with my account and the game ask my CD key.
You get some answer?
