What in the world does "scrubbed" mean under the mission time length when I click on mission details in my career?

In real life it means the mission was cancelled.

I dunno, are you making all of the way points in the mission and doing so in a timely manner?

I exit my mission only after all my waypoints have been done and its on the landing sequence at base. I don't land to save time.

Hi!
Check your Difficulty settings to see if "No Instant Success" is turned on (light is lit). If so, I beleive you must land and live through any crash to get the "Mission Complete" message display.
